Clear Cache on your Firestick

Go to Settings on your device.
Select Applications.
Open Manage Installed Applications.
Go to the IPTV Smarters app and long press it using the middle button
Choose Clear Cache
Turn off your device for 15 seconds.
Turn it back on and try the service again.
