If you're experiencing the issue of episodes or movies cutting off after 20 minutes, please follow the instructions below to resolve.
- Go to Settings
- Select "Applications"
- In "Manage Installed Applications", go to the IPTV Smarters app and click it using the menu button (The button with 3 lines)
- Select "Clear Cache"
- Turn your device off for 15 seconds
- Turn it back on and try the service again
